The e360 ChMS iPhone application provides access to the core functionalities of e360 ChMS for users on the move.

People Management Features:

• Create new person profiles.
• Browse comprehensive lists of members and groups, each accompanied by profile thumbnails.
• Utilize as a church directory, if enabled in settings.
• View detailed information for individual profiles, including personal details, contact information, important dates, custom fields, and family relationships.
• Tap on a profile image to update or add a new picture.
• Edit all profile fields, including custom data points.
• Manage group memberships by adding or removing individuals.
• Add or modify notes related to specific persons.
• Print summary reports via AirPrint integration.
• Add contacts directly to your device’s contacts list.

Self Check-in Functionality:

• Enable individuals to check in upon approaching the church, allowing labels to be pre-printed and ready for distribution upon arrival.

Interactions Management:

• Access lists of interactions marked as Completed, Outstanding, or assigned to the current user.
• Edit details of Outstanding interactions.
• Assign new interactions and log customer engagements.

Attendance Tracking:

• Add or modify attendance records for specific groups.
• Include visitors already present in the system or create new visitor entries.
• Swipe left on a name to reveal additional options for quick actions.

Mass Communication:

• Email a group message en masse.
• Send SMS or voice messages to groups (requires web configuration).
